STANDARDS*Note (standards for World Championship women's division reps changed from 2 to 4 ) MINIMUM REPETITIONS AND MAXIMUM RUN TIMES Minimum repetitions and maximum run times have been established to ensure all competitors maintain a balance of total fitness and that athletes with the best balance will come out on top. The Local Event standards allow first time athletes an opportunity to "test the waters". These standards are used for events other than the World Championships. Once athletes "get the feel" of what the STREND Fitness is all about, they will understand what training is necessary to move up another notch. The standards are based on the average performances from all events and may change, slightly, without notice. It is the responsibility of each competitor to know the minimum strength disciplines and maximum run standards. The information on this site will be updated as the changes occur. *The local standards my be waived, at the discretion of the STREND Fitness Challenge, Inc. staff.
